Tuition Schedule

2019-2020

 

ENROLLMENT FEES

  • A $25.00 enrollment fee is due at registration for all students

  • The maximum family enrollment fee is $40.00

  • These fees are non-refundable

 

TUITION PAYMENTS

  • 8 equal tuition payments are due the first week of each month (September - April)

  • DUE TO COVID PROCEDURES, WE ASK THAT ALL TUITION PAYMENTS BE MADE THROUGH YOUR JACKRABBIT ACCOUNT

    • A %10 late fee will be charged for any tuition not paid by the end of each month.

    • Classes begin September 21st. Tuition is due by Sept. 26th.

    • On January 4th, the studio re-opens from our Holiday break. Tuition is due by January 9th.

  • Monthly payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover

    • When paying by check, please include your child’s name in the memo.  There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

  • There is a 10% late fee assessed to accounts that are not paid during the respective calendar month

  • Tuition fees are not deductible due to missed classes.  A make-up class schedule is available for any child that misses a class and is interested in making it up

  • Tuition payments may be transferred to another class should a student change classes

  • There are NO tuition refunds unless a class is cancelled permanently

  • Watch Us Grow/A Star Is Born/ Show Biz Kids/ Tumble & Twirl are 45 minute classes

    • Regular monthly price $68, discounted special $62

  • Superstars - 1 hour class

    • Regular monthly price $72, discounted special $68

 

Fresh Kix - All Boys HipHop, regular monthly price $68, discounted special $60

*This is a free class for boys having a sibling registered for a dance class. This is free for the first year only. All following years will have a 25% discount. 

 

All other regular and competition team classes please follow the payment schedule below

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition structure is in place based on the number of hours a student dances each month. These prices apply to payments made during the first week of classes each month. Payments made after this time will be charged an additional $15 fee.

COSTUME PAYMENTS - Non-Competition classes

  • Beginning in October, each student is required to include a $20 costume deposit for EACH weekly class.  This costume deposit is paid along with your monthly tuition payment.  Costume payments are made monthly and must be paid in full by March (Approximate costume cost $65  2-7 yr olds $75 8 & up)

  • Costumes MUST be paid in full before they can be taken home

  • Costumes are only sent home with a parent or guardian

 

COMPETITION TEAMS - Competition deposits are as follows: 

  •  Symphony (formerly Elite and Signature) a costume deposit of $150 is due the first week of Oct and Nov. 

  • Baroque (formerly Icon) a costume deposit of $150 is due the first week of Oct and Nov.

  • Sonata (formerly Bravo) a costume deposit of $100 is due the first week of Oct and $200 is due the first week of Nov.

  • Aria (formerly Prime and Vivante) a costume deposit of $50 is due the first week of Oct and Nov.

 

All costumes are due by 12/12.

Deposits should be made monthly, as needed, according to costume orders.
